Jeff's Story

I recently had the pleasure of receiving treatment from Jen for a persistent issue in my upper back. I was amazed by her expertise and professionalism. Jen performed manual therapy techniques on the affected muscles, which provided some relief but didn't fully solve the problem. That's when she recommended dry needling and the results were incredible. Immediately after the session, I experienced relief from the tightness and pain that had been bothering me for two long weeks. What truly impressed me about Jen's was her in-depth knowledge of muscles and anatomy, which she skillfully applied to intelligently address the problem at hand. Jen is a true professional who knows her craft inside out. Her passion for what she does shines through, and it's evident that she genuinely cares about her client's well-being. Without a doubt, I would rate Jen's expertise and treatment five out of five stars. If you're looking for effective and knowledgeable therapy, Jen is the one to trust.

Danielle's Story

Persistent discomfort in my right foot and hip had been bothering me for quite some time, without any clear cause of injury. That's when I turned to Jen, who quickly identified underlying muscle imbalances and movement dysfunction. Jen's approach was comprehensive and tailored to my needs. She not only provided me with specific exercises to strengthen and enhance mobility, but also utilized a range of modalities including dry needling, bodywork, and manual therapy to expedite the healing process. Thanks to Jen's expertise and dedication, I was able to conquer an endurance event that demanded physical endurance over a grueling 36 hours. I am immensely grateful for successfully completing the event. What impressed me most about Jen was her meticulousness in unraveling the mystery behind my condition. She took her time, employing a multi-pronged strategy to ensure I could resume doing what I love without limitations.

Emilee's Story

I had a partial tear in my hip labrum along with some tendinitis and damage to my quad and hamstring. As an athlete, I wanted to treat it in a way that would allow me to continue completing, so my Doctor recommended Jen Dieter for PT. She has worked with me using manual therapy as well as dry needling and giving me rehab exercises to help restore muscle balance. She also has been happy to help when I have any other minor issues and has helped strengthen my back along with my hip. Since working with her, my hip has been giving me significantly less pain while I row and is continuing to improve. The exercises she gave me for my back and shoulders have also made a noticeable difference and improved my form on the water in just a couple of weeks. I appreciate how being an athlete herself seems to give her a better understanding and respect of my goals. That being said, athlete or not she takes the time to ask questions to make sure she is doing the best possible thing for each patients personal needs, which is why I would recommend her to anyone. I would rate my experience a 5 out of 5.

...a little more about how

Together we unlock your full potential

My journey in the world of fitness started at an early age as a Division 1 Collegiate Athlete at the University of Virginia, where I honed my skills as a diver. This experience laid the foundation for my unwavering commitment to athletic excellence and pushed me to achieve great heights.

Throughout my career, I have proudly represented my passion for CrossFit, competing in eight CrossFit Games and consistently earning podium finishes. I am not only a competitor but also a firm believer in the power of CrossFit as a transformative fitness methodology. It has taught me the importance of resilience, mental toughness, and pushing beyond my limits.

As a licensed Physical Therapist, I have dedicated my professional life to helping individuals recover from injuries, improve their performance, and regain their strength and mobility. With my extensive knowledge and experience, I offer a unique perspective that combines the best of both worlds: elite athletic training and rehabilitative care.

As a CERT-DN practitioner, I am skilled in Dry Needling, a powerful technique that enhances the body’s natural healing processes. I am also a CrossFit Level 2 trainer (CF-L2), allowing me to provide expert guidance and support to individuals pursuing their fitness goals.

Beyond my athletic and therapeutic pursuits, I am a 20-year Childbirth Educator, passionately guiding and empowering expectant mothers on their journey to a healthy pregnancy and childbirth. I have also contributed to the field of education by publishing Continuing Education courses that cover topics such as Pregnancy and Exercise, Prenatal care, Restoring the Core, and addressing Shoulder Pain in the Overhead Athlete.

My commitment to holistic healing and optimal performance extends to my work as a Rocktape Instructor. With six years of experience, I have trained professionals in various techniques, including taping, scraping (IASTM), cupping, floss bands, and mobility enhancement. My goal is to equip practitioners with the tools and knowledge needed to optimize movement and performance.

Together, we will unlock your full potential and create a legacy of resilience and strength.

Let’s work together to get you back to doing what you love!
